Firstly prepare the green tea
concoction by boiling the green tea leaves in 2 cups of water. Cool
down the mixture and stain it to get the green tea concoction.
1. Green Tea Pack for Oily Skin:
Rice flour treats blemishes, pigmentation and dark spots. It also has
exfoliating properties and helps absorb the excess oil and sebum from
the face. Regular use of rice flour in the face packs will give one a
healthy and glowing skin.
- Take 1 teaspoon of rice flour and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in it.
- Prepare a smooth paste by adding 2 teaspoon of green tea water.
- Apply all over the face and keep for 20 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
2. Green Tea Pack for Dry to Normal Skin:
As we all know, sugar is an excellent skin exfoliate as its granules
act as micro particles removing the dead cells and dirt form the upper
layers of the skin. It slowly dissolves on the skin, thus leaving the
skin soft and smooth. The cream moisturizes and hydrates the dry skin,
also providing a natural glow to the skin.
- In 1 teaspoon of cream, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and mix well. You can also use brown sugar for better exfoliation.
- Prepare the pack by adding 1-2 teaspoon of green tea concoction into it.
- Apply all over the face and slowly scrub in circular motions.
- Keep for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
3. Green Tea Pack for Sensitive Skin:
Curd is rich in protein, calcium and vitamin D, and thus moisturizes,
fights acne, clear blemishes, reduces sunburn and discoloration of the
skin. Curd is very mild and relieves skin off any irritation, thus
making it ideal for sensitive skin.
- In 1 teaspoon of curd, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Prepare the pack by adding 1-2 teaspoon of green tea water into it.
- Apply all over the face and keep for 15 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
4. Green Tea Pack for Glowing Skin:
Do you suffer from wrinkles, fine lines, crow’s feet or dark spots
and need an instant fix to get glowing skin? Then use the green tea pack
to instantly add the glow to your face and also moisturize.
- In 2 teaspoon of honey add 1-2 teaspoon of green tea water and mix well to get a solution.
- Dip cotton balls into this solution add apply all over the face.
- Keep for 15 minutes and rinse off with cool water. Repeat this face pack twice a week to reduce the signs of ageing.
5. Green Tea Pack Rejuvenating Face Pack:
After a tiring day at work, all of us need to rejuvenate our body and skin. This green tea face
pack instantly rejuvenates and refreshes your skin. The banana in the
pack will moisturize your skin if you have dry skin, else you can use
multani mitti if you have oily skin.
- In 1 teaspoon of ripe mashed banana, add 1 teaspoon of curd.
- Mix well with 1-2 teaspoons of green tea water and prepare a smooth paste.
- Apply all over the face and keep for 15 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
